Our structured training program combines online and in-person learning, mentorship, and recognition programs to set you up for success. You’ll progress through multiple career pathways within our award-winning cybersecurity organization.
This program is open to graduates and non-graduates alike. We’re looking for a learner mindset, someone who is proactive and looking to establish a career in cybersecurity.
Program Overview
At Mimecast, we prioritize career growth and development, providing our BDRs with the training and resources to advance into key roles within our sales organization, such as Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Sales Enablement. BDRs have also pursued marketing positions that align closely with sales, such as Field Marketing and Event Coordination. At Mimecast, we’re not just building careers; we’re empowering futures!
